Return & Refund
Please note that refund is only possible if you have not received or have received damaged items. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the email with an explanation and it to theepiccase1@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram Handle: @theepiccase
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Exchange
If you have received a wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at theepiccase1@gmail.com or simply DM us on our Instagram Handle @theepiccase to get it exchanged.
The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
Please not that if we have delivered correctly none of the above will apply.
